I am so pleased with this place! I am a disabled person in a power wheel chair and I have a cat and a dog that I bring in for all the grooming and supplies they need. I have a 4 1/2lb Chihuahua and she has a "small girl complex" and deals with anxiety. ;) She has always willingly gone to both the groomers here! That pleased and shocked me to be completely honest! My dog comes home very relaxed and happy. My 15lb long hair domestic cat(who is 5) had never been to a groomer before coming here. She loves it here and acts upset ... read more
I had my small dog groomed today. Staff was very friendly and were able to get me in the same day, which I appreciated. I requested an all-over short clip, especially on her face. My dog came home from her trim with the same terrier-type long hair on her nose that I specifically said that I wanted removed. It wasn't trimmed at all - the scissor marks from when I chopped at it at home were still there. The dog groomer there which I don't remember her name. But she does a fantastic job hand stripping terriers. I was very pleased with the overall service of this place.
