Emailed Brett for an estimate and he came out right away. I had initially had a larger scope of painting that needed to be done, but unexpectedly lost my job. I let Brett know I had to reduce the scope of work and he was very kind and worked with me to work out an estimate that fit our budget. The painting of our soffits was done quickly. We are very happy with the exterior paint job Brett and his team (Miguel, River, and Benjamin) completed for us. Brett was accommodating as our HOA dragged out the approval causing us to postpone the project several months. The team was able to work within our schedule and get the job done. The house exterior was cleaned before they started and they also replaced the rotting wood above our garage door. Though this was extra work, Brett charged us a very reasonable amount.
