I was told i was getting 3 men and a truck. Upon arrival, 3 young boys in high school showed up, one looked like he had maybe just graduated. These were not men like we had discussed. They had forgotten the dolly which took about 2 hours roundtrip for them to go back and get it. Along with that, when they came back with the dolly, instead of being in a moving truck, they came back with a standard ford! The packing crew was excellent. However, the manager, or owner, was not helpful. Did not want to explain the entire process from pickup to loading to extra fees system. Just wanted to be hired and then pay the bill. Very unprofessional and because of him, unreliable.
Great crew, no bad attitudes, ALL GOOD! Excellent experience!
