This is the absolute worse refinance i have ever had. Not only did it take more than 10 months but they lied over and over to us. We wound up having to pay closing costs that were not mentioned until 24 hours before closing and wound up messing up our credit with the old mortgage company. Bad company to work with and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
