Lackluster not very informative. I was not impressed with their customer service. I tried to ask questions, and the answers were very evasive. Beware I went to a more reputable national company felt more comfortable with the answers I recieved.

My experience overall was OK. One of the loan officers in particular was rather coniving. I heard stories about loan officers and how manipulative they can be, I just didnt really expect to get screwed the way I did. Here is a huge piece of advice from someone who has been through the entire home buying process...BE INVOLVED. Ask questions about EVERYTHING.
