Claim was filed and approved with my warranty company. He advised in October that he had my new refrigerator and now it's been 7 months and I STILL don't have it. Never answers the phone and no longer answers text messages. It's really sad because my initial experience with Johnnie was great. I'm at a loss. I have tried to be understanding with his personal situation and even offered to pick up the appliance and have someone else install it, but there is ZERO communication.
Complete rip off, paid over $6,000. For a job that came undone while driving it back home. I've been told by other rv places that it was a job that could have been done with a few hundred dollars. They have no condideration for people's hard earned money.
