RV stopped running in the middle of the road. Got to the shoulder and started calling for help. Connected with Tracy, who recommended a tow to an RV park 8 minutes away. Got there, and Tracy came with his mobile repair truck and trailer. Radiator needed replacing. It was a Saturday on a 3-day weekend. He got the radiator and installed it Sunday. Fast and efficient. I called All American, Tracy, out of the blue back in mid summer due to I couldn't reach my normal RV repair person and I'm so glad I did. He was able to come out that evening and look at my AC that had quit. He figured it out in no time and had me up and running. I was very impressed how quickly he could get to me. He will definitely be who I call again in the future.

Poor experience. When I first met Tracey, he seemed personable, but later found Tracey to be unreliable and undependable. Exchanged calls and texts numerous time to do a repair and clean AC coils. Personal issues seemed to come up, but he indicated he would be there. Never showed up, never called. After six weeks and the 4th time he’d said he’d show up, I gave up. I think if he would at least have txted that he couldn’t show up, this might be a different feedback. If I know of someone that needs RV repairs in a timely manner... read more
