I am frank moon I call Mac for a job I was having a starting my RV problem he said he would be here at noon.noon came around and no mac.i call every 10 minutes for over an hour no reply.finally he answered said he would be here in 45 minutes.same thing happened.no call no show.would not answer his phone.this went on till about 4 fifteen.then he misdiagnosed the problem jiggled a few wires got it to start talked me into giving him 285 bucks that was all I had at the house but he wanted 350 bucks I thought this was too much.i ... read more

Mac came out to my location and installed a new Furrion AC unit in my 1966 Airstream Overlander, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He and his partner were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. On top of that, Mac was the only service that actually responded and followed through—he was diligent from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Scheduled and he never showed. Rescheduled never showed. Rescheduled again never showed and turned his phone off.
