This is the best mobile home park in Tyler. I have been here 8 years and highly recommend that it should be your Home They pay water, sewer, trash, and furnish your lawn service. A 5+ STAR Community
It's a clean park all I know about it my friend did tell me they went upon the lot rent making it hard on her on a fixed income
It’s fun to watch the kids play with their friends and play games together but it also feels like everyone hates me cause they hurt me so bad and I want to share my experience with everyone
We’ve been here a few months now and truly enjoy living here. It’s quiet, relaxed, clean and friendly. Ronnie is on top of requests and friendly. Prices are fair and lots are large.
