The driver purposely drove me the longer way to the airport. The airport was 13 mi away from where I was and he gave me the loop around, he purposely took the longer route, it made the distance 24 miles away. Google your route before you call them so that they don't purposely take you the longest way possible to make more money. The driver was nice but never again. I will do Uber or Lyft instead.

BY FAR THE RUDEST AND WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced, even over the phone. They pick up rudely, I asked about an estimate from point A to point b.. in which he rudely said we do not give estimates or discuss... so you can just charge whatever. Then hung up. Terrible service.

Called for a taxi. There was a cacophony of screaming people that answered the phone. Finally, someone said they'd send someone to pick me up. 30 minutes later: no call. I called again, they're still arguing amongst each other. 15 minutes later, I get a call from what I'm assuming was their dispatch. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend you dont call these guys.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called trying to get an estimate and make an appointment on Christmas day. The man who answered told me they don't discus prices and hung up on me. Just take an Uber and don't waste your time with these people.

Very polite and gorgeous taxi driver. Never thought I'd like all American taxi but I'll be sure to request that driver named Crista each and every time. Great conversation, happy, and good driver.
