I agree with the previous post. While my 2 year home looks aesthetically beautiful, the work done is terrible. I had to redo my shower due to improper tile installation. Things were held up with only one nail and tiles didn’t have enough thin set mortar to hold up causing water to seep through. The shower suffered from water damage and 99% moisture under tiles leaving me to have to replace the tiles.
ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the time and trouble. Home is aesthetically beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, but I WOULD NOT recommend this builder! Save yourself the headache and trouble when purchasing a new house! The house has MANY warranty issues including a whole batch of bad drywall that was used, old, used, and broken hardware that was installed in the new house, missing and faulty electrical work, a bad garage door (that they admitted to knowing about and never fixed), a security system that was installed and sold... read more

I've been working with them for 6 years plus on multiple projects. Top notch service and attention to details. I am very impressed at the amount of energy and heart they pour in every project and the knack to always do better and be relevant in style and quality.
