Initially everything seemed great but after poor communication and delays we got started a week and a half later only to have the holidays come around with a demolished bathroom. From there it was down hill and we had to babysit to make sure the contractor stayed on task. The hexagon tile floor was put in with no spacers and had to be redone on our dime due to inaccurate spacing from the “30 year professional tiler.” The moulding is crooked on three walls, the toilet is crooked, the caulking is already pulling from the wall ... read more

We used them twice in last 6 years & have received great work & results. We also had a relative use them for almost an entire house remodel & she was extremely satisfied. I wonder if we're talking about the same company? All American is located in Union, OH & the owner, Chris is honest & professional & makes sure that a customer is pleased with the work & charges a fair price with good materials.
