I was early for appointment, but receptionist very pleasantly got me checked in and I was seen in less than five minutes. The Hearing Instrument Specialist, Jenny Primm, was excellent at explaining the testing, the results, the hearing aids, cost and answering my questions. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I look forward to hearing better, thank you!
