It took me five days to get paid, I was told multiple times I would “receive a call back” from my ‘account manager’. I never received a call and every day had to chase these people for my money. Is this a bookie or a healthcare agency, I’m confused. Of note, you’re supposed to be paid that day, I was told it would take 1-2 days, which was fine, in reality, it has been 4 days and I’m told excuses that they “can’t reach anyone at the facility.” Do yourself favor and avoid this ‘agency’
Unprofessional. No communication. They have 1 facility that can be picked from that’s local and they are trash they never ever accept any thing you request and the cancel if they do. Two thumbs down. Clipboard is better
Not sure how many people other than myself have experienced not being able to submit time after working your shift. This has happened to me twice now and I’m over it. Love working at the facilities but all shift needs to update their app.
I see that the owner loves to reply to reviews. Well if you can reply to my review and also make the necessary changes that I’m requesting I would greatly appreciate it. Can you please make shifts not just an “on call” basis? I never get calls and I can’t ever use the app to pick up work because there is no work available because I’m “on call” to never be called to work!
