One of the list of things that I really appreciate about All American is the level of awareness among the personnel. When I walk in, they immediately know my name, they are what I call, user-friendly in terms of being attentive to my arrival and where I need to be. The person who actually does the procedure is always informative available for questions and just lovely :)
