Excellent customer service and beautiful work from this company and its owner, Ted. Couldn't be more pleased with the end result. We were remodeling our kitchen and took out a wall only to discover our Brazilian cherry floors weren't continued under the wall. A friend recommended Ted for the repair which involved replacing the kitchen flooring and weaving it back into the rest of the downstairs flooring. Then the entire downstairs had to be refinished. I called and spoke to the rep on the phone. Friendly enough. However no follow through. Could not get an appointment set. Took pictures and sent my information and the rep disappeared on me. Honestly when the real estate market is strong getting a quality contractor is next to impossible. But when the cycle goes the other direction as it always does, its amazing how many returned calls are returned. Customer service should be everyones first job.
