My experience started with an explanation of gutter protection by a very informed presentation by Lo. She also convinced us about the product as well as the warranties and the service that would be provided us. Then Juan and his crew did a very good installation, which was early. They then cleaned up very well. So, as you can tell we are very happy with our choice.
From the estimate to the installation everything was professional. The estimator was very honest and sincere. I felt I could trust her, when speaking about her product she always looks me in the eye she was the fifth gutter estimator that I have met and she was the most professional. Once I had approved the estimates I got a call that a team could be out within 3 days. The installers showed up within the time frame that I was quoted.
