I'm a local contractor and had these guys scheduled 3 plus Weeks out to install a simple 3x5 boys and girls public bathroom mirrors. Told me they had materials and have it ready for me. The date came and they no showed. Called them completely placed it. Said they'd be there tomorrow, showed up and said they had to measure themselves before cutting. Had some window panes to replace. Quality was good. No immediate service of custom cutting, they'll get to it when time allows.
They got my storm windows to me with good quality and had good communication.
