Can’t say enough good things about this place. I had been taking my truck for servicing to another local dealership but decided to give them a try and I’m very glad that I did. Everyone that I interacted with was kind and friendly. The service needed on my truck was done in a quick and timely manner. Will not be using any other dealership for service moving forward. If you’ve been using another Birmingham area dealership for your service consider giving All American Ford a shot

Brought our truck in to the service center. Explained what was going on and the code it was receiving and how the truck lacked in its normal get up and go. Service manager Tim said that since there was no service engine light on display. That there was nothing they could do. Asked him to take it for a drive so the light would come back on and was told they did and nothing happened. Still would not check engine. This Place is Awesome the Staff are amazing, and the oil change and tire rotation was quick. No waitng for hours. Got in and out. Definitely be coming back for my service needs thank you All American.
