Staff was very helpful in helping me find a part I needed for repair. I first ordered from a different Ford but the staff there was rude and unhelpful. Old Bridge helped me cancel that order and get what I needed.
The parts counter did very good taking care of me. Very efficient, and got me my parts very quickly
Phenomenal experience. The parts crew they have are amazing. Everyone was so helpful and attentive to details. They are also running a multi million dollar parts online enterprise to make ordering parts seamless!
