First time i've had a maintenance plan on a vehicle, purchased my new f150 from all american ford back on April. Super friendly staff, took care of my scheduled maintenance and had me on my way before work started. Didn't try to upsell me anything, just took care of business.
The dealership does an outstanding job of ensuring customers are well taken care of. I especially want to recognize the assistant service manager at the Point Pleasant location. He promptly provided me with detailed information about the repairs needed for my truck and immediately secured a comparable loaner vehicle — which turned out to be a tremendous help at the time.
