I Purchased and have my bronco serviced at all American ford in point pleasant . It’s been a pleasure working with all of their salespeople esp Johnny and service department every time I’m there . They are very nice, helpful, accommodating and they serviced my car perfectly and quickly , they even picked it up and dropped my truck off for me! Super convenient since I work from home a lot 10 stars all the way for this dealership !
Very nice dealership
Had to bring our 2025 Ford Explorer into the dealership for a recall issue that Ford notified me about. Not a huge issue (Software update) and it was super easy to schedule a service appt. for this, at the day and time that was convenient for us. Check in was a breeze and actually the update was installed and an additional routine check of the vehicle (checking tires, oil, and all fluids) was performed. Great service at the dealership and all the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful!
