Everyone did an amazing job helping me! The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help me find the perfect car. A BIG shoutout to Lawrence Jackson! He helped me choose the car that was just right for me. He was patient, efficient, and genuinely eager to make sure I found exactly what I needed. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Amazing team and great customer service! I definitely recommend them!
Friendly, courteous, excellent service
I had a great experience at CJ Russell Ford today. I took a vehicle in for service and used the waiting area to work while I waited. Every person that worked there came by at some point and acknowledged me and checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything at all. It was a pleasure.
Corion and Ms. Pam treated me like family. They were helpful without being pushy. They didn’t try to pressure me into a purchase, but instead worked with me to get the best deal for a vehicle. Not just the price, they worked to find me the lowest interest rate as well. I recommend you go see Corion at C.A. Russell Ford.
Awesome customer service. Knowledgeable salesperson
