I can’t recommend this gym enough awesome environment, and equipment. Both Brian and his wife are super welcoming my only regret with the gym is that I didn’t come sooner and that I have to leave due to my job but I would recommend this gym always great sells on supplements and lifting equipment like strap and belts.

We have been coming to this gym for the past several years, while we're in town visiting family. The owners are wonderful and take real pride in what they have built. The members are friendly and helpful. AAF has a wide variety of equipment, something for everyone.

Brian worked with me after multiple back injuries. He was able to help me strengthen my lower and mid back as well as help me with balance an core strength. He helped me develop a plan to continue working out on my own so at 65 years old, I can keep doing home repairs and enjoying outdoor activities. Thanks Brian!

Stopped here while on vacation just to stay in my routine. This gym has everything you need and the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Gym has everything you need and nothing you don’t need.
