Extremely poor customer service. Was promised a date to come do a repair on my deck and they never showed up. Daily multiple calls, texts and emails were never returned. I finally had to find someone else and start over on a new scheduling wait list. Set me back 4 weeks on my project due to their lack of concern for a customer. I would not recommend relying on All American to get the job done.
This company is not reliable. They do not return phone calls and do not do what they promise.
