Dropped off a piece to be cleaned last Monday. Told it would be ready Thursday. Went in today (Monday) and told it "Couldnt be cleaned" and that it wasnt even attempted. No reason given. No phone call made. No communication. I will not be returning.

I took a wedding gown and a dress the old man said he wasn't sure they could clean them leave them there for wife to come in and she will be able to let me know. Left my number with the old man and said he would call me prior to doing anything to tell me the price. Well weeks go by and they call me to tell me it's gonna be 101.47 I was upset because I never got a call and didn't even get the stain out of one and some of the gems came off the dress.
