This place has slacked off like so many other businesses here in town. I’ve had to return my stuff several times to get what I wanted done, to only get all my items in the same state I dropped them off in. Never again will I come to this facility. No one cares about your items and whether or not the issue was resolved nor is there any accountability!

Took my clothes to have them washed and folded on Wednesday. She said because I came after 12:30 they wouldn't be ready until Monday

I do about $300 a month with you people. I walked in there to pick up my clothes and it’s 150° in your store because your air conditioner is broke And it’s an and it’s 104° outside and your employees are dying. What kind of an outfit is this? it should be turned into the labor board.

They are good but they lag bring your stuff back when they say it’s supposed to be ready

Tried this cleaner for the first time about a week ago. I had to work so my wife dropped off my clothes. First mistake - They didn’t give her a receipt. Went to pick up my clothes and was missing a expensive pair of Ariat jeans. This was their second mistake. They told me that only 2 pair were brought in when I brought in 3. I asked if them losing clothes was a common occurrence. They said no. While she is explaining this to me I find someone else’s shirt mixed in with my stuff. Third mistake.
