UPDATE:got a call from the owner not long at all after this review and was helped tremendously The owner explained the reasons for my problem And it made up for what happened a lot thank you ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND JUST BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDES IN ALL First time going I went in on a Monday and and they said they’d have it ready on Wednesday Well, Wednesday around 9 o’clock I go in there. This place has slacked off like so many other businesses here in town. I’ve had to return my stuff several times to get what I wanted done, to only get all my items in the same state I dropped them off in. Never again will I come to this facility. No one cares about your items and whether or not the issue was resolved nor is there any accountability!

Took my clothes to have them washed and folded on Wednesday. She said because I came after 12:30 they wouldn't be ready until Monday

I do about $300 a month with you people. I walked in there to pick up my clothes and it’s 150° in your store because your air conditioner is broke And it’s an and it’s 104° outside and your employees are dying. What kind of an outfit is this? it should be turned into the labor board.
