Don't do it. Pick a different builder. The lack of truth in online reviews about this builder is astounding. Wish we would have known. After the sales process our build was a nightmare. Headache and heartache.
RecommendedFamily business, these people are very personal, professional.. Our family is extremely grateful for all your help. This is one of the last companies, (I no of)that still cares about the customer.. I would recommend this business a 100 times over.. I will miss you all when our project is completed. I have seen first hand what nightmare they did on a friends house. Have heard multiple horrid story’s would not recommend to anyone. Pretty sad when they can’t own up to and fix there mistakes.

The sales team was wonderful! But after that it devolved into our nightmare from hell. General contacting is unresponsive. They drew out all the money for completing our project (screen porch, sidewalk, driveway gravel, topsoil, etc) last October and we're still waiting for all of it. The slab was poured 4 days before the home was set and it's pitted and uneven. The sand has washed out from under the slab. A pile of siding has been sitting out since last December and is likely ruined. I could continue, but....just a warning.... read more

LOVE them. Have known them for years! Great people with a passion for designing the best. They are always knowledgeable about new trends, and offer great customer satisfaction. I also have first hand experienced them go above and beyond for people who aren’t even customers. Highly recommend!
Do not agree to be locked out of your home while they work on it. They will take the cheapest way out. I have had my home for 8 years so I had to fix holes they left in my roof. Rafter in my up stairs I has to redo. Had a foot of snow on my insulation from snow coming in though Ridge cap. Now I am installing new furnace and central air unit and new duct work be cause they took the cheap route on Avery thing. I would not recommend this builder.
