Great service. I ordered the wrong lumber for delivery. I called the store to see what we could do and it was very easy set up an exchange. The delivery driver showed up with the right lumber to do the exchange within 30 minutes after I called. Even though it was my mistake, they were very accommodating. Zero inconvenience to me and no down time. Very happy with their service!
Friendly staff, decent prices, always my go to place for hardware and needed supplies
Their on line search is not good at all. I search for lumber by size I want and packaged planter trees are shown. I search for construction lumber and only 1X and sheet panels are displayed. I will shop elsewhere where.
Renting equipment is easy with friendly helpful staff. Good selection of hardware and tools.
Had an issue over a rental. After All American looked into it they refunded my money in full. I appreciate it. Even though I had a little bit of a disagreement and my job went a little rough they dug into what really happened and did more than I had originally asked for.
