Had an issue over a rental. After All American looked into it they refunded my money in full. I appreciate it. Even though I had a little bit of a disagreement and my job went a little rough they dug into what really happened and did more than I had originally asked for. Horrible rental website. Used to a nice website but now it can't be navigated on a cellphone like a while back. Good people to deal with though
Overall decent although I’ve been there three separate times now where for whatever reason they needed a manager to do something and no manager was on shift, so was told to come back another day. Not exactly convenient
5 stars for lumber alone. Prices beat big box stores and it’s a heck of a lot closer too. Staffing is pretty sparse, but the prices make up for roaming around to find help.
