Do not go here!!! I took my truck 2010 Tahoe in for a tire patch they broke the sensor (sensor was working perfectly fine and reading when brought to them) then the tried to tell me there tool would read air pressure in it but just wouldn't read on my truck. DEAR MS. MASHANDA, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience while at our shop. The manufacturer requires that tires be rotated every four to six thousand miles to get the proper wear from the tires. When you purchase tires from us we rotate them for free. Documentation on rotation is required by the manufacturer for warranty. We will be happy to review any records you have. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS NO GOOD I BOUGHT 4 BRAND NEW TIRES WITH 50,000 MILE WARRANTY THEY ALWAYS ROTATE AND BALANCE FREE YESTERDAY I I TOOK MY CAR IN I HAD A SPLIT IN 1 TIRE THEY SAID THEY CANT REPLACE IT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ENOUGH ROTATIONS DONE IM ONLY AT 30,000 MILES. Bad business practices – We called and asked if they had the tires for our truck and James told us yes and gave us a price. We told him we would be in shortly. Upon arival he stated he did not have the ones we discussed on the phone but he had another brand for $30 more per tire. We left and went to WalMart and got the 2nd brand he quoted us for $50 less per tire. Switch & bait, he knew we were coming and never said he didn't have them in stock. WORST PLACE TO GO FOR TIRES – Do NOT buy tires or have work done here. The mechanics are incompetent and their guarantee worthless!
