I PURCHASED A NEW SPA AT THE END OF 2007. IT WAS DELIVERED EARLY 2008 WITH A LEAK, I DETECTED THE FIRST DAY. THIS SPA IS BARELY SIX MONTHS OLD AND HAS HAD MORE THEN FIVE MAJOR AND MINOR PROBLEMS. called and have someone come out and look at spa pump, they took the pump to their place and kept it for 3 weeks, we finally picked the pump up and they said we need a new pump, took the pump some place else and the seal was replaced. Service charge was expensive for them to have the pump sit on a shelve for 3 weeks and no one looked at it.
I purchased a very expensive backup skid pack ( motor/ pump/ heater ) from this supplier as my All American Hot Tub was located out of the Bradenton area and I felt it better to have a backup heater/ motor/ pump. After less than one year the old pump/ motor developed a problem which I replaced with the new skid pack equipment. This equipment was stored in a room ambient controlled in the original shipping carton provided by All American Spas. Upon installing the motor we immediately found the motor windings were damaged.
