My experience at All American Ford Collision in Hackensack was incredibly frustrating, defined by rude staff, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I brought my car in to address specific damages, and we clearly discussed the scope of the work beforehand. They eventually contacted me to say the vehicle was "ready." I’m very dissatisfied with the mechanic Mario he is very rude and disrespectful and he thinks he know everything I will never recommend any shop if he is working there. He also has a lot of anger issues and tries to start fights with customers
