I hired All American to clean up my basement after a flood. The estimator that I worked with did a horrible job of communicating on the work that was being done and what the insurance would pay for. I had one problem after another with this company. Constant stress with people stomping through my home. The process took over three months total. LOVED THE SERVICE TWICE!!! We have a busy dental practice in Pocatello. A patient spilled red Power aid in the lobby. All American Cleaning showed up immediately. They worked very professionally with zero disruption to our business. They were able to remove the stain and the carpet dry by morning. In fact, the area they cleaned looked so much better we realized the entire lobby needed the carpet cleaned. A few months later we came home from vacation to a flooded house. ^ All american cleaning did a great job! I have used them on several occasions and have been satisfied with everything from the employees and the work to the billing! I would recommend them for any clean up job even remodeling!

FAIL They tell you completely different stories from one interaction to the next. Most of the people that actually came to my house were great, the office crew (Terri) were full of crap. Never completed the job they said they would do.

Water Damage and Mold Remediation Terri and whole crew at All American are very professional and do excellent water restoration and mold remediation work. Removal of water damaged items and mold covered materials was all done in contained evironment, work area tested after mold removed removal, and replacement quality of flooring and walls was better than original construction.Highly recommended!

Unethical billing pactices do not believe these people they will quote one price then bill you 4x higher
