I’ve been using their service department for about a year and a half now. I have no issues with the workers. They’ve done a great job and have been courteous and accommodating. However, in one year’s time, an oil change jumped from $70.80 to $94.99. New ownership is going to price themselves out of simple services increasing prices that much.
I purchased a Jeep Gladiator from the Oneonta dealer but was directed to another location to retrieve a tag. This has been an over two month process, that is still ongoing, without resolution. I am currently on my third or fourth temporary tag extension. Really wanted to like this dealership. Had a great experience when I bought from them a couple of years ago. The truck I bought had a few dents in it so they had taken a few of the trim pieces off to pull the dents. One of the pieces they broke, and I was promised a new one was ordered. Talked back and forth with Richard and Lucas yesterday about a car and went in today and got my wife a car and honestly very friendly family people I will definitely be going back there again they worked with me on so much and kept their word on everything I will definitely be sending people there
It was great!! Everyone was nice and willing to work with us on everything and got us in a great used car with low mileage and great condition.
