my car was dropped off friday morning with an appointment. i was not called until 3pm friday afternoon to tell me the car needed $3,500 worth of work. I okayed the repair saturday morning and the car was not serviced until Tuesday. at 430pm tuesday I was told everything was done and car was ready aside from one thing. I get to dealer at 520pm on tuesday only to see my car in the air being worked on. then at 6pm I am told the car actually isn't going to be ready because a part they had was wrong. This is my second time working with All American Chevrolet. Jason Wysowata is the best! I personally requested him this time as I did with my first vehicle 2 years ago and he did not disappoint. He is very personal, down to earth, and straightforward. He genuinely cares about his customers and how they’re doing.
