They did a wonderful job on my carpet in one room, which had moderate pet stains and stench. They completely got rid of all the spots and used a honey crisp apple deodorizer afterwards. The carpet looks, feels, and smells SO much better! Wish I had before and after pics to show. They were also friendly, kind to my dogs, and finished in less than an hour. They were very responsive and punctual. I would definitely use their services again! 😊
