The service was excellent, Ted was right on time and completed the job without a hitch, the carpet looks amazing.
Ted was on time and friendly. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what to expect. The carpets look great and the price ended up being less then the estimate!
We had an unfortunate situation where a small dog was alone in the house for several hours and somehow was injured. She bled all over the carpets and floors. All American was able to come in the next day and clean the carpets. They did an amazing job. The carpets are totally clean and look better than ever. It is impressive how clean they were able to make 20 year old carpets look. Not a single spot of blood was left behind. A professional and affordable job is to be commended. I highly recommend their services.
Would use them again in the future. In my opinion they were affordable and fast. I even had a spot where I spilled sugar wax that had been there for over a year, and they were able to lift the wax out of the carpet. Quick, affordable, professional and good quality
