I didn't get my car washed here, as it is pricey, even for a basic wash. Also, I had to physically park my car and walk to the order board to find out the prices of the washes. Why not post a sign with the prices visible BEFORE you have to get caught in the line? That is the reason that I parked and walked. Had I not done that, I would have been forced to get an overpriced wash.

The monthly membership absolutely pays off. I have been a member for over two years and the service has been consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, the equipment is clean and well maintained, and the crew works efficiently while treating vehicles with care. Customers are always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend.

Had the unlimited washes membership. Had the luggage rack partially torn off. When it was brought up, the response was terrible. “It’s not their problem story”! And also on a different suv, had some rust stains on the top of my SUV near the sunroof window. After the price hike last year, they should be responsible for partial repairs. Not worth it and membership cancelled!
