I came here about a month ago and one of their machines damaged my car. Somehow the cosmetic piece between my windshield and passenger side door got ripped off. As soon as I got through the wash I informed the manager of what happened. He looked at it with me, made a claim and started their process of reviewing the incident and then proceeding to send it up to their corporate office to make a decision as to how they were going to remedy the situation. There is a certain older gentleman who was really rude to me. No reason what so ever.
I love coming here. I am always embraced with a warm welcome from Jacob and Eloy. The team provides stellar customer service and always goes the extra mile! The gentleman work hard and I appreciate them for it .
Coo but confusing once entering
It will be an understatement if I don't say the truth about this All American Car Wash location. From the senior staff to the junior staff are amazing people with a sense of purpose and good mastering of their jobs with accuracy and precision. Honestly speaking, you're the best in town.
