Great staff, always a pleasure to come through with my toddler. Will always return!
The car wash was good until I wanted to cancel my monthly subscription. I canceled before I left big spring TX and I'm still getting billed 2 months later. No one will answer the phone or return an email from support after requesting a refund. Having my credit card company take care of it now. Another review from Rick with the same issues of poor business practices was posted not long ago! Seems to be an on going issue to get free money. Not cool.
If I pay for the monthly service, I get in and washed whatever I want. Four needs free vacuums
Been going there for months and it’s easy fast and definitely recommend the monthly deals!
After 3 washes in a row this is what they say is clean. Disappointing. I don’t expect perfection but I do need to bugs removed.
