It was a nice place, the decor inside was country, BBQ feeling. We ordered grilled chicken, beef, fries, baked beans, and chili. The grilled chicken was a good portion and the BBQ sauce was mmmm delicious. The beef could have been slightly larger for the price but it was good too. The issue we had was the fries were overly fried where a lot of them were hard as a rock, the chili was super sour and acidic like they put too much lemon in it that we took a few bites and tossed it. I’ve been a lifelong BBQ fan, enjoying it all around the USA. Had a smoker for many years. Disappointed as food was not as advertised. We ordered a full slab of baby back ribs and coleslaw. For fans of sugary coleslaw it was very good, just a small portion for $7. The “slab” came cut up, wasn’t baby backs and wasn’t particularly meaty. We asked for sauce on and a side of sauce. I am in love with these steamed vegetables! They cook up quickly and taste amazing. The broccoli remains crunchy, the cauliflower is delightfully tender, and the zucchini adds the ideal amount of softness. An excellent side dish for any meal!
Three slices of Swiss cheese atop a delicious patty topped with luscious mushrooms and caramelized grilled onions. This burger is the stuff dreams are made of. The flavors complement one another so perfectly. Worth every mouthful!
If you love garlic, you must try these mashed potatoes! They are creamy and rich, with a nicely balanced garlic flavor. It's the kind of dish that elevates every meal into something exceptional. My new favourite side dish!
