I had a friend who lived in Summit County and I went to visit her when she was first living in her house. Her basement was an absolute nightmare, super wet and dank, full of mildew, had been like that for a long time. She called All American while I was in town and they fixed her situation up within the week. I don't know exactly what they did but her basement was dry as a bone after they were finished!
The entire team was friendly and professional with me. They came in and did what they quoted me for and there were no surprises. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the fact that the crew left a substantial mess behind for me to clean up. American Basement was thousands of dollars below the other two quotes I received from their competition.
