When I came to the shop the first time everything was amazing prices and work. Until I had another problem with my car and brought it in. My car was smoking and the a/c stopped working. The claimed it was the heat connector so I paid not knowing much about car. I always get my oil changed when they service my car. I was told my car needed 5 quarts because the oil was very low. I had a great experience with this shop and can’t recommend them enough. They ended up saving me about $2,000 compared to what another shop quoted, which was a huge relief. The team was professional, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain everything my car needed. They replaced my control arms, tie rods, brakes, and tires, and completed a full alignment. Recently experienced issues with my 10 year old vehicle. I had to replace a motor and it was done within the timeframe suggested. The folks here are efficient and very nice. My mechanic Wane was very helpful and recommended some things with the business.

I brought my 2019 Chevy Cruze in for an A/C compressor replacement and left it overnight for two nights. When I picked it up, the A/C still didn’t work, and just three days later, my check engine light came on right after they had supposedly done a full inspection as required by the terms of my vehicle warranty. How do I pass a full inspection, then end up with a check engine light just days later??? Have been taking my vehicles and recommending friends, family, co-workers etc to All American for almost two decades could be longer. Most affordable, honest, and they have the same mechanics since I started going. Gas, diesel, classic cars they have the mechanics to work on them all.
