Really great service, had my vehicle done in a few hours. Had issues with my 4WD actuator and had it all ready to go! Super friendly, easy to work with. Very happy.
I have never dealt with a car repair shop like this one. I chose them because they were licensed and insured. I dropped my vehicle off on May 5. I still did not have my vehicle back until mid June. Every time I call, I would get some sort of excuse as in someone sick, we’re getting To it tomorrow, etc. After I spent $3000 for a cooling pump to be replaced, I have had to go back two more times. Reese & Frank were great (father and son pair?). I had my Ford E350 van in for some engine missing problems. They diagnosed it, worked everything according to my schedule, and got my van running great again! Thanks guys!
Just dropped a van off for some work so that part is all I know so far was very easy and friendly service will update as it folds out
This company is very disorganized and is incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I recommend making contact with them in person and holding them accountable. All American Auto had my car for 3 months after I had an accident. They were supposed to have the mechanical parts of my car fixed and then hand over my car to a body shop for the body repairs.
