1 would give them a negative rating if i could. 6or 7 weeks ago i dropped off a truck for an alignment. I was flying out of town for a week, and they said they could have it done by the time I got back. 2 weeks ago after 20 calls they finally answered and said they hadn't got to it. 1 excuse after another, but they would get it done that week. Now they don't answer the phone. I need my friggen truck
I needed major work done on my truck and All American Auto where the only ones on the island that would tackle the job. They did a great job super professional and quality customer service. Great work!
Really great service, had my vehicle done in a few hours. Had issues with my 4WD actuator and had it all ready to go! Super friendly, easy to work with. Very happy.
I have never dealt with a car repair shop like this one. I chose them because they were licensed and insured. I dropped my vehicle off on May 5. I still did not have my vehicle back until mid June. Every time I call, I would get some sort of excuse as in someone sick, we’re getting To it tomorrow, etc. After I spent $3000 for a cooling pump to be replaced, I have had to go back two more times.
