They don't stand by their work. I got a defective windshield and they refused to replace it under the lifetime warranty. He said that their computers failed a few years back and they aren't able to find my invoice. After I eventually found my copy of the invoice, from the company that they bought, they said that they were a different company and not responsible to me.
