My uncle was there since April..I cannot thank the staff and the nursing and the p.T and all the doctors that come to facility.So my uncle doesn't have to leave his comfort zone for care.. To the staff and management are unparalleled as far as empathy.Feeling and to be really honest it's hard to find people who actually upstanding the needs of an elderly person , such a this facility.. Everyone at All American has been amazing! Although our Dad just moved in he already seems happy ! Everyone has been very accommodating,and kind. Answering all of our questions ( probably more than once !)

All American Assisted Living Hillsborough is a rare model of assisted living. Upon entering, the atmosphere is lively and alive. The staff is truly welcoming, conversational, at ease, and most importantly, genuinely interested in their residents. The cleanly scented, light-filled, and spacious common areas -- which include a lovely library, "bistro", and activity room -- are all UNcommon in their decor and comfort. My parents just moved into All American at Hillsborough and we love the facility and everyone there! It was a bit of a rough ride getting my dad out of rehab and my mom, who was very resistant, to agree to go to an assisted living facility, and I sent tons of email to the staff at All American - and got answers back almost immediately. Everything I needed or any questions I had were accommodated and supplied and they put me and my husband at ease during the transition.
