My grandmother lived here for 4 years. They often forgot to do her laundry, take her down for dinner, come and bathe her. They wouldn’t clean the apartment. The bathroom and floors remained filthy. My family complained to the staff many times, throughout the 4 years she resided here. They never came to fix anything or come and clean. My mother did it all. My grandmother complained about the AC not working the entirety of her stay. After she passed away inside of the facility, THEY FIX THE AC UNIT. What the hell? Do not waste... read more
I am Joanne fallo the\nWife of Thomas fallo and the niece to anthony ferrelli.. Our uncle passed away on the twenty ninth of may two thousand and twenty six.. He passed away peacefully in his own room at assisted american living.. We cannot thank the staff enough for the comfort that they gave my uncle and the peace of mind that they gave his family to know that he is in good hands and not suffering or in pain.. If it wasn't for this facility , we wouldn't know what to do with needs that he required to live a dignified life.... read more
Staff who care and are concerned about your situation. Your mental, physical, and emotional health are considered as they meet your needs. I have been a resident for a while and it was a great choice - much better then where I was previously. It is March I came December 2nd. Still feel it was a great choice. I’m sitting in a common area watching the fireplace. Answered a phone call and thought to add to my positive comment. Come, join me. Ron

My Mother had an extended stay at All-American, and it is a wonderful facility. The staff was great -- everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks very much, All-American!
