This company is HORRIBLE. They contract through Lowe’s and didn’t fix the issue back in January but promised to bring a part back. Never did. When i finally had time to schedule service again for the issue never fixed, my appt was between 12-5. All of my info is updated in Lowe’s and their system, yet on the day of service, they called my elderly mom’s phone and left a message at 12:35 to say we were next, and we needed to CALL them to say we were home. Horrific experience. Was scheduled with them to fix an under warranty 3.5 month old fridge. They called twice to confirm the day before the appt time. Never got a call and finally reached out toward the end of the arrival window. I call the number that had reached out to me on the day before and they swear up and down they called me but got no answer and no voicemail. This simply isn’t true. This outfit is hired by warranty companies and manufacturers such as Whirlpool. The company has no concern for the appliance owners who are forced to use this company for all warranty repairs. Their territory is far wider than what they can handle, so the wait times for repairs are ridiculous. They will get to it when it suits them. The quality of their work is also consistent with a company that doesn't depend on customer satisfaction.
If I could give negative stars, I would. We have been getting the run around on parts and install for almost 2 months now. We were told a week when the tech came out, didn’t hear anything the next week so I politely reached out. “Oh it will be next week.” Next week comes around, nothing. Give another polite call, same thing for 5 weeks. (I do understand that they cannot guarantee that a part will be in by a certain time.
