They never answer the phone horrible customer service they lie when they say they’ve ordered a part from the manufacturer whirlpool can’t even get a hold of them.
We had service scheduled through whirlpool and they selected this company. We were given a four hour window for which we made arrangements to be home and they never showed. No one will answer their phone. They have no website or social media and you cannot leave a message. Would NEVER recommend a company you cannot reach. @whirlpool not a vendor you should use!
Been without a washer for a over a month. Called and spoke to someone who told me the part will be here Friday someone will call and set up and appointment… Friday comes and goes and so does Monday. I call Tuesday they tell me the part will be here WEDNESDAY and someone will be out Thursday. I call today(THURSDAY) and now I’m told to part will be here on FRIDAY…. This place is full of liars and does not care about you.
Came out to our house the week before Christmas to tell us we needed a new part, said they ordered it when they were at our house and that it would be 2-3 business days. Figured with Christmas that it would be more than that. Called after the new year to see if our part had come in. No response. Called the next week. Told our part was never ordered and that they would order it (Jan 5th). Called back the next week asking if the part would come in and once again told the part did not come in. These people crack me up, I really dislike leaving negative reviews, especially when I have friends and families who have their own businesses, it can really affect the business. However, this is much needed to leave one. The people are liars at American Appliances, my KitchenAid oven stopped working less than a year from purchase date so it still has warranty, they scheduled me for a Wednesday and told me they will call an hour ahead of time, they never called but claimed they did.
