This outfit is hired by warranty companies and manufacturers such as Whirlpool. The company has no concern for the appliance owners who are forced to use this company for all warranty repairs. Their territory is far wider than what they can handle, so the wait times for repairs are ridiculous. They will get to it when it suits them. The quality of their work is also consistent with a company that doesn't depend on customer satisfaction.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We have been getting the run around on parts and install for almost 2 months now. We were told a week when the tech came out, didn’t hear anything the next week so I politely reached out. “Oh it will be next week.” Next week comes around, nothing. Give another polite call, same thing for 5 weeks. (I do understand that they cannot guarantee that a part will be in by a certain time. If I could say no stars this is what they deserve. They called the morning of to change the “window” and then called before the window. Was not able to answer. Called back and got voicemail from both numbers. Finally at 12:00p got ahold of them and was told since I didn’t answer next availability is the following week. I’m a family of 5 who bought a BRAND new washer. Having to use whirlpool warranty. When talking to receptionist she could not help AT all and kept sorry we can’t do that. Rude and disrespectful to my wife. Attempted to charge us prior to any assessments or work completed for a verified in warranty repair. Whirlpool has confirmed with me absolutely in warranty and is using another company now. Terrible.
