I see all these negative reviews and am honestly shocked. Wayne came out about a year ago for some warranty work on our whirlpool washer. He informed us that this is a big issue and the parts take a bit to come in. I will say, it was over a month, but that’s not their fault! He just came yesterday for warranty work on our dishwasher. Got the piece replaced no problem. Just came back today to double check the install…That has been our experience with All American Appliance. I am so frustrated with this company. They sent out a tech who said we needed parts. They did not call or update us at all. I finally had to call and ask what was going on. They said my part was on back order. Waited over a month. They show up to fix it and it still doesn’t work. Now they are making me call whirlpool and start the whole process again that they never fixed. So unprofessional

This company is HORRIBLE. They contract through Lowe’s and didn’t fix the issue back in January but promised to bring a part back. Never did. When i finally had time to schedule service again for the issue never fixed, my appt was between 12-5. All of my info is updated in Lowe’s and their system, yet on the day of service, they called my elderly mom’s phone and left a message at 12:35 to say we were next, and we needed to CALL them to say we were home.
