I paid my bill in full and they still sent me to debt collection. Horrible billing department, always messing up.
Unprofessional & impolite customer service
Horrible dispatch service especially this girl named Kathy or what ever I got off early from my appointment so I didn’t want to bother them at first but when it was time for pick up I gave them around 20 minutes closer to 30 to see where they were Kathy said they were or street right up to where I was which was a lie because then I “ok thank you “ then I waited another 20 minutes and still nothing so then I called again and said trying to see where they were mind you it’s almost been an a hour and 30 I understand that they w... read more
Perfect
Our loved ones aren’t safe under their care. People go missing under their care and they don’t even try to help find them. My sister Melanie Staten went missing on the night of June 27,2025. We will not rest until we find her. The ambulance should do the same but they aren't. Don't trust them.
