We had another great experience with All American Air & Electric! We bought the extended service package a year ago and they have come out three times now. With this extended service package, you receive two visits and 20% off parts. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Called and made appt to have my whole house generator looked at because the screen doesn’t come on to set it, I told them exact problem and the brand, they gave me appt which was last Tuesday , the guy who showed up was there a bout hour or more couldn’t figure it out then admitted he did not really know anything about the generator and he only took the call because he had no other calls, but yet I still got charged for $165 for the service call with no results or answers, I called wed to see who I could Make a complaint wit... read more
