I called All American yesterday when my mother's AC unit wasn't pumping cold air. They were there within 90-minutes. The service tech was very personable and professional. He explained what the problem was clearly (unit hadn't been serviced in several years, low coolant levels) and offered assurances that he could get it working properly for a reasonable price. I received a call from this company telling me that my AC unit was under their service plan and they were preforming routine maintenance for $39.00. I told the lady that my unit fan ran non-stop, and she said that while their were preforming their routine maintenance, they would look at the problem and give me a quote to fix it in a follow-up appointment.
