Technician arrived on time and checked everything.
Showed up right on time diagnosed the problem as far as I know. The first diagnosis, wasn't the problem. So the new part had to be ordered which took a week to get in, no fault of All American .The office, Debra, was GREAT at updating me and showed REAL CONCERN. So all in all this is a good Company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you
The service tech was great. The problem was fixed with great expertise. Will use them again if needed in the future.
